Old Fashioned Hot Buttered Rum recipe
1 cup sugar 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup butter 2 cups vanilla ice cream rum water nutmeg
1. Combine sugar, brown sugar and butter in a 2-quart saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until butter is melted (6-8 min).
2. Combine cooked mixture with ice-cream in a large mixing bowl, and beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often until smooth (1-2 min). Store refrigerated up to 2 weeks or frozen up to one month.
3. For each serving, fill one-quarter of a mug with mixture, add one ounce rum and three-quarters of a cup of boiling water. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

Hot Buttered Rum Batter #3 recipe
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream 1 cup sugar 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup softened butter 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp allspice
Combine sugars, butter, ice cream, and spices. Blend until smooth. Place batter in the freezer. Store in freezer for up to one month.
For each serving, fill one-quarter of a mug w/batter, add one ounce rum and three-quarters of a cup of boiling water. (Or to taste)

Bloody Mary Jolly Style recipe 1/2 glass Spicy Hot V8 Juice 1 tsp olive juice 1/2 glass clamato juice 1 pinch celery salt 1 pinch horseradish 1 pinch peppers 1 dash Worcestershire sauce 1 shot vodka 1 dash Tabasco® sauce
Add together in an old-fashioned glass, and stir. Garnish with a lemon or lime wedge, a chunk of cheese and an olive.

1 small can Spicy Hot V8 Juice 4 oz clamato juice 2 oz vodka 2 oz water 1 tbsp McCormick's® Hot Shot 1/2 tbsp celery salt 1/2 tbsp greek seasoning 1 dash Tabasco® sauce (optional) 1 dash lemon juice (optional)
Fill large glass with ice and fill with all ingredients, mix and add large green olives or celery stick. You can add more or less vodka but don't forget the 1/4 cup of water or it just won't taste right.

Bloody Mary Intoxicating Vegetable Soup recipe
8 oz Mr & Mrs T's Bold Spicy bloody mary mix 1 oz Absolut® vodka 2 tbsp olive juice Squeeze of fresh lime juice Tabasco® sauce
Pour mix, vodka, olive juice, lemon, and tobasco sauce in glass over ice. Stir. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Garnish with a lime wedge, olives, pepperocinis, a celery stalk, and/or pickle spear.

Combine vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, pepper, salt, celery salt, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a stick of celery and a wedge of lime, and serve.

2 oz pepper vodka 4 oz V8® vegetable juice 1 slice jalapeno pepper
Pour pepper vodka and V-8 juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake and strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Float a slice of jalapeno pepper on top, and serve.

Tea Toddy recipe 1 cup Earl Grey® tea 1 tsp sugar 1 shot Bailey’s® Irish cream 1 dash Scotch whisky
Make tea as you usually do. Mix it with the sugar according to taste. Leave room in the cup for a dash of Baileys. Pour the baileys in according to taste, then, if you want, a dash of Whiskey if you want. Not too much though, as the drink won’t taste good.

Coffee Break recipe
1/2 oz brandy 1/2 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur 5 oz hot black coffee 1 1/2 oz whipped cream 1 tsp sugar
Pour coffee and liquors into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Float the cream on top, add a maraschino cherry, and serve.

Cranberry Tea Hot Punch recipe
8 bags tea 4 cups boiling water 2 cups unsweetened cranberry juice 2 cups apple cider 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 cinnamon stick 1/2 tsp ginger 4 cloves
Make strong tea with the teabags and boiling water. Add cranberry juice, apple cider, brown sugar, and spices. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Garnish with orange slices, and serve.

Creamy Rum Liqueur recipe
400 ml condensed milk 300 ml cream 300 ml milk 3/4 cup Bundaberg® amber rum 2 tbsp chocolate syrup 2 tsp instant coffee 2 tsp boiling water
Dissolve coffee in water. Mix all ingredient's slowly in a blender. Serve chilled. Keeps, sealed in the fridge, for 2 weeks.

King Kalakauas Champagne Punch
6 bottles of champagne 2 bottles of Sauterne wine 6 lemons, sliced 6 oranges, sliced 6 Mint leaves 1 Pineapple; peeled, sliced in spears 1 cup of sugar 2 cups of brandy 2 quarts of fresh strawberries
The night before you prepare the punch, chill the champagne and wine. On the day of the party slice 6 lemons and 6 oranges into a large punch bowl. Add 6 mint leaves and the sliced, peeled sticks of 1 ripe pineapple. Add 1 cup sugar and pour the Sauterne and 3 bottles of the champagne into the punchbowl. Stir until the sugar melts. Add 2 cups of brandy and 2 quarts of fresh strawberries. Mix gently. Just before serving add the remaining 3 bottles of champagne. Me ke aloha, Mary Spero
